Terms & Conditions

Biluxe10 curates and embeds YouTube videos as part of its educational course content using YouTube's standard embed API. This is important to understand clearly:

• No ownership claim: Biluxe10 does not claim ownership, authorship, or intellectual property rights over any embedded YouTube video
• Full credit to creators: All video content credit belongs entirely to the original YouTube channel owners and creators
• Embed policy compliance: We use YouTube's official embed feature, which is permitted under YouTube's Terms of Service for educational curation
• No download or redistribution: We do not download, host, or redistribute any YouTube video content on our own servers
• Takedown process: If you are a content creator and wish to have your video removed from our curation, contact us immediately and we will act within 24 hours

• One account per device: Your account is locked to the device used at registration. Accessing from multiple devices requires admin approval
• No credential sharing: Sharing your login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful and accurate registration information. Fake or impersonated accounts will be terminated
• Account responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Security reporting: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at help.biluxe10@gmail.com
• Email verification: You must verify your email address to activate your account and access paid content

• One-time payment: All bundle and course purchases are one-time payments unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Access grant timeline: Dashboard access is granted within 2–6 hours of payment verification by our admin team
• Lifetime access: Once access is granted, you retain it permanently — including all future updates to that course or bundle
• UTR submission: After payment, you must submit your UTR/transaction reference number for manual verification
• Free enrollment: Some users may be granted free enrollment by admin. Free enrollments do not generate affiliate commissions

All sales are final once dashboard access has been granted. No refunds are provided after digital access is given, as the product (course content) has been delivered.

• Preview every course free for 2 minutes before purchasing
• If payment was deducted but access was not granted within 6 hours, contact us for immediate resolution
• Duplicate payments will be refunded within 5–7 business days after verification

The following are the exclusive intellectual property of Biluxe10 Advanced Ed-Tech:

• Platform design, UI/UX, source code, and CSS
• Original written course descriptions, study guides, and assessment questions
• Biluxe10 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks
• Certificate templates and issued certificates

Embedded YouTube videos remain the intellectual property of their original creators. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or sublicense any Biluxe10-owned content without prior written permission.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹500
• Payment timeline: Within 7 business days of withdrawal request
• Tracking: Commissions tracked via your unique referral link/code
• Free enrollments: Do not generate commissions for any referrer
• Commission processing: Triggered only when admin approves a referred user's payment

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Biluxe10:

• Creating fake accounts or self-referrals to generate fraudulent commissions
• Sharing, selling, or sublicensing account access to others
• Attempting to bypass device-lock security measures
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying platform code or content
• Using Biluxe10 branding in misleading advertising without written permission
• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading referral communications
• Attempting to access other users' data or accounts
• Uploading harmful, defamatory, or illegal content to project submission areas

Biluxe10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Engages in fraudulent referral or commission manipulation
• Shares account credentials or bypasses device-lock security
• Abuses the support team or other platform users
• Misrepresents Biluxe10 in public or to referred users

Termination may occur without prior notice. Terminated accounts forfeit all pending commissions and course access. No refunds are provided upon termination for Terms violations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to use of Biluxe10 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gulbarga / Hyderabad, Karnataka, India.

We encourage resolving any concerns through direct communication before pursuing formal legal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly via email or WhatsApp support.
