Refund Policy

All sales are final once course access is granted. We provide a free 2-minute preview for every course so you can evaluate before purchasing.

All purchases on Biluxe10 are final once dashboard or course access has been granted. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits after digital access is provided.

  • This policy applies to all bundles, individual courses, and any paid content on the platform
  • Access is considered "granted" once our admin team approves your UTR and activates your dashboard
  • Changing your mind, not having time to study, or purchasing the wrong bundle are not grounds for a refund
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms violations does not entitle you to a refund
🚫 No refunds are issued after dashboard access has been granted — under any circumstances except duplicate payment.

Unlike physical products, digital content cannot be "returned" once it has been accessed. Once you view course content:

  • The knowledge and skills gained cannot be erased or returned
  • Course materials, video content, and learning resources have already been consumed
  • Our operational costs (server, admin, support, mentor time) are incurred upon access

This is standard practice across all major digital learning platforms globally. To protect our learners from uninformed purchases, we provide a free 2-minute preview for every single course on the platform — no account or payment required.

💡 Use the free preview before every purchase. It's there to protect you from buying something that doesn't suit you.

If your payment was successfully deducted but your dashboard access was not granted within 6 hours, this is a technical issue and we will resolve it immediately.

We Verify & Activate
Our team verifies your payment and activates your access — typically within 2 hours of receiving your message.

✅ Payment verification issues are always resolved. We will never keep your money without granting access.

In the rare case where you are charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

  • Our team will verify the duplicate charge within 2 business days
  • Refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification
  • This applies only to genuine duplicate charges — not to purchasing two different bundles
