• To verify your payment and grant course access (typically within 2–6 hours)
• To track your course progress and issue completion certificates
• To calculate and credit affiliate commissions accurately
• To lock your account to your registered device (security measure)
• To send important platform updates, course notifications, and support replies
• To detect and prevent fraud, fake referrals, and Terms violations
• To improve platform performance and course quality based on usage patterns

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be shared only in these limited circumstances:

• Firebase / Google Cloud: Our database and authentication is hosted on Google Firebase. Your data is stored on Google's secure servers under their Privacy Policy and our data processor agreement
• Payment processors: We receive only your UTR/reference number — your bank or payment gateway handles all financial data independently
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by applicable Indian law, court order, or government authority

We implement multiple layers of security to protect your data:

• Encryption in transit: All data transferred between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Encryption at rest: Data stored in Firebase Firestore is encrypted at the infrastructure level by Google
• Password security: All passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms — plain-text passwords are never stored
• Device locking: Accounts are tied to a specific device ID to prevent unauthorized sharing or access
• Access controls: Only authorised Biluxe10 administrators can access user data, and only for legitimate support or operational purposes
• Firebase Security Rules: Firestore rules ensure users can only read their own data — not other users' records

Biluxe10 uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies for the following purposes:

• Session cookies: To keep you logged in while browsing the platform
• Preference cookies: To remember your display preferences and settings
• Security cookies: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity
• Analytics: Basic, anonymised usage data to understand how learners use the platform and improve it

You can decline non-essential cookies via the cookie consent banner that appears on your first visit. Note that declining cookies may affect platform functionality, including staying logged in.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 2 years after closure
• Course progress & certificates: Retained indefinitely (lifetime access is our commitment)
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required under Indian financial regulations
• Support communications: Retained for 1 year from last contact

When you delete your account, we remove all personally identifiable data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data

Biluxe10 is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age.

Users between 13 and 18 years of age may use the platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us personal data without your consent, please contact us immediately at help.biluxe10@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will:
